Fast intervention have succeeded in extinguishing the fire at on Friday 19/04/2019 at 17.20 and passengers have been evacuated to a safer area.
As for the cause of the fire, we are currently awaiting further investigation from the related parties. The management of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali Airport apologizes for the inconvenience arising from the restoration activities of the area affected by this fire incident.
Prospective passengers on domestic aircraft, whether Garuda Indonesia, Citilink, Sriwijaya Air, Nam Air and Lion Air Group, can use Counter Check in island E International Terminal, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali. The passengers will then be directed by an officer via the connecting line that passes through the Novotel Hotel to the boarding gate.
