Bali Cultural Park closing again on Monday 01/02/2021 , a weeks it was reopened on December 4 th 2020, previously it was closed since March 2020.The decision of the temporarily closure the operational GWK was taken by the management of the GWK Cultural Park to support the  government policy to avoid  the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Bali cultural park closing  The fear of receiving  crowded group of visitors  and the  protection of  the employees  being exposed to Covid-19. have been the most important reasons for the closure according the GWK Marketing Communication & Event GM, Andre Prawiradisastra. Even with opening hours during the  weekends only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday is the  temporarily closure required to protect the 300 GWK employees  who are at exposed inside the park with the large number of visitors

Controversial outfit causing commotion in Serangan after a young lady selling coffee dressed with a mini skirt became a viral topic on social media. Based on a FB post uploaded by Komang Sutawan on Tuesday (26/01/2021) , a  young woman was seen standing next to her Honda Scoopy motorbike for selling coffee.

Belarusian couple working without visa deported from Bali

Belarusian couple and children deported on Monday 26/01/2021 by the Singaraja immigration service for selling Bali soap on-line. The Belarusian family with husband Volha Kobets (30) and his wif Siarhei Bautrukevich (33) together  their two young children of 1 and 4 years old have been deported by the Singaraja Immigration office in Bali . They violated the Indonesian law  by  producing and selling on line body care products including soap and shampoo without working permits.

According Jamaruli Manihuruk, The Head of the Bali Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office the deportation process started after complaints from the public. The husband and wife had no working permite, but produced and promoted their soap, shampoo and other products in the Amed area. With their visitors visa thet violated Article 75 paragraph  of Law No. 6 of 2011 and the Immigration Officers are authorized to take action against foreigners who disobeying Indonesian laws and regulations. The Immigration Service send Siarhei and his wife back to their hometown in Belarus and they are prohibited from coming to Indonesia for the next 6 months.
The Balarusian family was deported on Tuesday night (26/01/2021 ) via Soekarno-Hatta International Airport on a Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul with Minsk in Belarus as the final destination.

Drug party Drug party in Seminyak villa ended with 4 arrests  of famous Jakarta Youtuber and students holidaying in Bali  who now could be jailed for 12 years. Denpasar Police arrested Celebrity Syiva Angel  with three of her friends Johki, Ravee and Allyssa for using the new  drug P-Flouro Fori.
One of the suspects is a celebrity with more than 1 million followers. She could have been a drug ambassador but is now a bad example according the Denpasar Police Chief Kombes Pol Jansen Avitus commented during a press conference on Monday (25/01/2021)

The police arrested Syiva Angel On Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at  23.00 H in villa located  in Jalan Batu Belig, North Kuta, Badung with is often used for narcotics transactions.

Russian influencer Sergey Kosenko know for his motorcycle stunt last year been slammed again after posting controversial party pictures appeared on his Instagram account on Wednesday 20/01/2021. The picture went viral on the twitter account @daintydarl where the photo's been  downloaded from Sergey's Instagram. where she said that the foreigner deserved deportation.

"Yts are at it again ........... deport them," she wrote in the tweet.

In a thread uploaded by @daintydarl, an upload of Niluh Djelantik was also shown on Instagram which said that Sergey would soon be deported to his home country. Previously, Sergey had  a meeting with  Niluh Djelantik who is a well know personality in Bali and also involved in local politics . During the meeting Sergey  apologized himself to the Balinese people for his actions. Niluh  also asked on Sergey to  comply with the Indonesian government regulations regarding residence permit and to upload the apologize video on his Instagram account.

The 30 minutes meeting  went smoothly, despite that Ni luh told him that he was listed to be deported because he had violated several rules and committed the dishonourable act of throwing a motorcycle into the sea.

Australian surfer death mysteries on January 11 2021 at Suluban beach after his family refused to allow an autopsy.But police say the investigation is ongoing and there are signs of abrasions, bruises and a base skull fracture caused by blunt trauma.

While police have not ruled out foul play they say the cause of death has not been identified. The 50-year-old had been living in Bali, had a young family and was well known in the community where his body was found.Police had requested an autopsy but it cannot be carried out without the family's permission. His body meanwhile remains at the Sanglah hospital morgue. Denpasar police spokesman Ketut Sukadi told AAP the family had rejected the police request for an autopsy.A medical report says the victim had suffered a series of abrasions to his face, head, chest and arms. It says there are abrasions, bruises and signs of a base skull fracture caused by blunt violence. There were also signs of submersion in water. The cause of the death cannot be found as the autopsy was not conducted," a report from the Sanglah morgue forensic team states.

Mr Mulik's body was found about 8.30am, facedown on Suluban beach.One witness has told police that he last saw Mr Mulik about 9pm the previous evening in front of the villa he shared with his girlfriend.It is understood that Mr Mulik's girlfriend has told police she last saw him about 8pm the night before. Later, at 11pm, she woke and found he was not at the villa. Then, when she woke about 9am the next day, Mr Mulik was also not home. She went searching for him at the beach with no luck and later learned his body had been found.

Bali Breaking News 

Stranded 14-metre whale washed up on one of Bali's most touristic beaches at Batu Belig on Thursday morning 21/01/2021 around 9 AM. The local conservation agency said it was investigating the causes of the death of the giant mammal that was found in batu Belig near  Seminyak. It was 13.8m long and 4m in diameter,said Prawono Meruanto, an agency official, who identified it as likely a Bryde's whale.

The Bryde's whale was found by locals Thursday morning 21/01/2021 on Batu Belig beach. Curious people quickly gathered to observe it, but faced with the strong odor given off by the carcass, the authorities buried it using an excavator.In July ten smaller whales were found on a beach in the Indonesian region of the small eastern Sunda Islands.

According Permana Yudiarso this type of whale, usually lives in the southern sea of ​​Bali below minimum  200 meters depth  . This whale is thought to have died in the middle of the sea by a unknow  cause. Whales sometimes get trapped by contrary currents or get stranded near shore due to coral reefs.

I Made alit Setiawan, the Head of the Batu Belig Kauh Neighborhood confirmed that the Bryde's whale was first spotted  around 9:00 am on thursday 21/01/2021.  At that time, the whale was seen floating in front of the Balisani Hotel  and finally stranded at 10.00 AM  in front of the W Bali hotel on Batu Belig Beach.

Slovakian woman allegedly murdered by Indonesian ex-boyfriend who has been arrested after the discovery of her body on Wednesday 20/01/2021 at her house in  Sanur. The Slovakian citizen Andriana Simeonova (29) living in Bali for some time was found dead in her house by her friend Akbar Natsir (33) who try to chat to her the day before.

He did not get a reply and went over to her rented property where she lived alone at the  Jalan Pengiasan III in Sanur and opened the unlocked gate. After calling her without answers he was passing in front of the kitchen. He was the first person to observe her lying on the floor covered in blood and asked for help to other residents who also contacted the police who discovered the dead body and viewed  the wound on the victim's neck caused by stabbing.

She finally asked to break up three weeks ago but her ex-boyfriend  could not accept the separation and was still in contact with her. The Denpasar Police Chief Kombes Jansen Avitus Panjaitan is still investigating the cause of Andriana Simeonova's death.
